About the Role

Stryker do Brazil Lda is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopedic Robotic Product Specialist to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for training and developing Stryker customers and employees to support MAKO business growth and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and Develop Customers and Employees: Provide training and education programs to Stryker customers and employees on MAKO products, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use the products.
  • Launch New Accounts: Launch new accounts across Porto Alegre, Brazil, and develop strong relationships with key surgeons and Theatre staff at Stryker accounts.
  • Provide Clinical Support: Serve as a MAKO clinical expert and provide product clinical support and guidance to customers, ensuring they have the necessary support to successfully implement the products.
  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Collaborate with regional training teams to develop and deliver training and education programs for Stryker employees and regional customers on MAKO products.
  • Support Sales and Marketing Efforts: Support regional sales and marketing efforts through the delivery of road-show product demonstrations and participation in local and regional marketing and clinical conferences.
Requirements
  • Technical Degree: Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Surgical Instrumentalist, or other Healthcare related area.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the hospital and surgical environment, with a strong background in clinical and surgical support.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to develop and deliver training and education programs, with a strong understanding of technical skills and technology systems.
  • Travel: Availability to travel and flexible hours, with a travel percentage of 70%.
