**Eaton is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to support functional areas in HR matters, leading projects to deploy corporate demands and local actions.**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Participate in developing programs for all hierarchical levels, aligning with customer needs and prioritization.
  • Monitor the implementation of internal courses, evaluating their effectiveness and suggesting corrective actions.
  • Support areas in recruitment and selection, from profile alignment to hiring.
  • Deploy employee engagement results and establish action plans.
  • Lead assessment calibration and potential employees and successors.
  • Participate in areas' monthly meetings as HR representative.
  • Support compensation processes, including merit and promotion increases.
  • Monitor salary increase, bonus, and gain sharing processes.
  • Identify communication needs with internal customers and track their deployment.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in leadership development and succession planning.
  • Experience in initial career programs (apprentices and interns).
  • Graduation in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Degree in Business or HR is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation.
  • Advanced English (conversation, writing, and reading).
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
