About the Role:
The SAP iXp Intern will play a key role in supporting customers through various channels, including phone, email, and online support portals. As a member of the Customer Interaction Center team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the impact of customer technical issues on business processes and develop solutions to mitigate these effects.
- Manage customer expectations by providing clear and concise information about SAP processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve critical customer cases efficiently and effectively.
- Assist customers with software downloads, user IDs, and license keys.
- Proactively support customers in navigating the SAP support portal and making the most of SAP support services.
- Deliver information sessions to customers, internal colleagues, and SAP partners on various topics related to SAP products and services.
- Participate in critical customer escalations and contribute to the development of solutions to resolve these issues.
- Engage with global counterparts on projects and key roles to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Ongoing Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
- Fluency in English, with Spanish fluency a plus.
- Excellent customer focus and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong team player with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Self-motivated, passionate, and dedicated team player who enjoys direct customer interaction.

The Customer Interaction Center is a central point of contact for non-technical customer queries, ranging from usability of SAP's Support Portal to escalation of critical issues. As a member of this team, you will be part of a friendly, multinational, and multicultural learning environment that supports each other. Our core team provides 24/7 support through various channels, following a follow-the-sun approach with global department locations in China, Ireland, India, and the Philippines.
