Artificial Intelligence Content Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of our AI model dialogues with users.

About This Role

This Senior AI Content Manager will be responsible for reviewing and assessing the quality, clarity, and relevance of AI responses, identifying areas for improvement and implementing feedback from the machine learning and development teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and track improvements over time;
  • E nsure consistency in the model's voice and tone aligns with established guidelines and brand standards;
  • Provide actionable recommendations for optimizing user interactions and enhancing the model's ability to handle diverse scenarios;
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and natural language processing to inform ongoing content strategies.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual with:

  • Proficiency in English C1+ and Russian C1+;
  • Experience in content review, editing, or quality assurance, preferably in digital or AI-related fields;
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;
  • Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback that contributes to product improvement;
  • Familiarity with AI or conversational models is a plus.
