Senior Electronics Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Power Electronics Developer to join our Hardware development team.

  • Define hardware requirements in collaboration with system architects and developers.
  • Design and develop motor drive and battery management circuits, PCBAs, and modules.
  • Conduct functional verification of motor drive and battery management system circuits.
  • Collaborate with systems architects, mechanical designers, PCB layout, manufacturing, reliability, and software engineering teams.
  • Create test procedures and write test reports on functional testing of custom power electronic designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analog electronics design including discrete components for high voltage designs.
  • Component selection of high voltage power semiconductors.
  • Power electronics design across various topologies for motor controllers, battery management circuits, power supplies, and switches.
  • Schematic design and PCB layout using ECAD tools.
  • Knowledge of motor drive and battery control topologies, semiconductor component performance, and loss mechanisms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electronics or related field.
  • 3-5 years of industrial experience in relevant power electronics development and industrialization.
  • Ability to approach complex problems structurally.
  • Professional English proficiency, adaptability, and multicultural environment awareness.
