About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our team at Avanade. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in identifying skill gaps, providing relevant training initiatives, and promoting a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the company's learning management system, ensuring content is up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with training objectives.
  • Actively manage all aspects of the learning program from needs assessment, through to design, delivery, and program sponsor updates.
  • Collaborate with the Center of Excellence to stay abreast of best practices, trends, and innovations in training and development.
  • Ensure the accuracy of compliance trainings and develop procedures for local maintenance and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to provide ongoing better performance support and resources to employees, ensuring continuous development beyond formal training programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, or relevant equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in the training or development area or general HR experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

You should be consultative and collaborative, resilient, adaptable, and flexible, with an intellectually curious approach to technology. As a convincing storyteller and engaging content creator, you will be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders and drive business results.
