Business Development Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients and strategic referral partners
  • Maintaining and nurturing business relationships to generate qualified leads
  • Scheduling sales calls and supporting follow-ups with potential clients
  • Assisting in preparing proposals, follow-up documentation, and client onboarding coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, recruiting, or account management
  • Strong English fluency and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience with phone sales or appointment setting
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in and managing a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive)
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations, tasks, and timelines simultaneously
