We are seeking a creative and experienced designer to join our team as an Amazon Listing Visual Designer. This is a full-time role that requires strong skills in visual storytelling, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-performing Amazon listing visuals (hero images, feature callouts, comparison charts, A+ content) optimized for click-through rate (CTR) and conversion
  • Translate product benefits and features into clear, premium visual narratives
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align on key messaging, target audiences, and creative direction
  • Develop infographics, lifestyle imagery, and visual instructions using provided photography and assets
  • Maintain strict adherence to Amazon image guidelines and stay up-to-date with evolving beauty and skincare trends

Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing Amazon listing images, preferably in the beauty and skincare industry
  • Deep understanding of product benefits and features, and the ability to visually communicate them effectively
  • Advanced skills in typography, layout, and visual storytelling, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to turn raw product information into clean, conversion-focused visuals under tight deadlines
  • Experience with Amazon A+ Content and Storefront design, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Sheets
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with packaging design and/or 3D mockup tools (e.g., Adobe Dimension, Blender)
  • Basic copywriting and understanding of marketing psychology for conversion-focused messaging
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline creative workflows and project management
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Figma for layout systems and component libraries
  • Photo retouching and light color-grading for skincare/lifestyle imagery
