About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Share People Hub. As a key member of our software quality assurance platform team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality initiatives and strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure acceptance criteria and quality standards are met.
- Participate in refinement meetings to understand requirements and identify potential roadblocks.
- Actively participate in Agile rituals and ensure process good practices and improvements.
- Identify and escalate problems, risks, and dependencies, and manage them effectively.
- Promote and defend best practices within the team and across stakeholders.
- Partner with colleagues to build and maintain tooling for test development, automation, and release process improvements.
- Manage test repositories and monitor test results.
- Help build mechanisms to extract metrics that support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Professional experience in software testing using black box testing techniques.
- Experience with manual API testing and documentation.
- In-depth understanding of test concepts at all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Comprehensive analytical skills.
- Experience with web test automation frameworks, such as Playwright and/or Cypress.
- Experience with mobile test automation using Appium.
- Experience in test specification, preparation, execution, and reporting.
- Experience in defect analysis and reporting.
- Experience with backend test automation, preferably using Jest framework.
- Knowledge of performance/load testing using tools like K6 or Jmeter.
- Experience with Git.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools, such as Data dog or New Relic.
- Advanced English language skills.
