Senior Business Solutions Developer

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality solutions to customers, driving engagement and sustaining product usage. This role involves collaborating with R&D and Product Management to drive continuous product enhancements and maintaining business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide on-site services that drive user engagement and sustain product usage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and/or engineering-related problems reported by customers using AspenTech's proprietary software.
- Escalate customer issues and drive resolution cross-functionally within the organization.
- Develop and deliver training classes or workshops based on relevant principles of geosciences and upstream workflows for customers.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geoscience-related disciplines such as Geology, Petrophysics, or Petroleum Engineering.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in formation evaluation or petrophysics preferred.
- Previous experience with advanced tools from other vendors is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in Mineral Modeling, Facies Modeling, Image Log Analysis, and Geomechanics.
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner using strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities that create value for customers with a customer-centric mindset.
