Job Opportunity: Financial Modeling and Investment Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Modeling and Investment expert to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating complex financial models and conducting in-depth analysis of projects.


Your primary focus will be on building and refining financial models, performing due diligence, and providing detailed feasibility assessments. Additionally, you will assist other departments in developing financial modeling and analysis tools as needed.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create sophisticated financial models for existing projects and new technologies in the energy sector
  • Conduct thorough valuation, due diligence, and feasibility analysis of projects
  • Develop and analyze optimal capital structures, fundraising strategies, and cost of capital/returns
  • Construct and evaluate sensitivities and scenarios
  • Support other teams in creating financial modeling and analysis tools when required

Requirements:
  • Degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
  • Postgraduate degrees and certifications (e.g., CFA) are considered an advantage
  • Familiarity with corporate finance, accounting, financial modeling, project finance, and valuation
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project modeling and valuation
  • Fluency in English
  • Prior experience in the electricity sector, renewable energy projects, energy transition, auctions, and infrastructure projects is highly valued
