Job Overview:
A high-impact leader is required to spearhead complex transformation initiatives across LATAM operations, demanding exceptional program management skills and technical expertise.
We seek an experienced Transformation Lead to oversee end-to-end transformation programs leveraging SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP modules, cloud platforms, and experience managing transformation programs in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading transformation programs, encompassing discovery, design, and implementation.
- Overseeing initiatives involving SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and B/4 HANA platforms.
- Facilitating design workshops and providing solution architecture for various functions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align transformation solutions with organizational goals.
Key Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of experience in transformation using SAP.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, B/4 HANA architecture, and supply chain capabilities.
- Proven experience in program management within transformation domains.
- Experience leading transformation on Google Cloud Platform using SAP as a data source.
