Project Management Office Lead Position

BairesDev is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, projects, portfolios, and systems development methodology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency in project delivery capacity, and leading practices with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Supervise the implementation of processes and ensure that content related to information reaches sponsors and vice versa.
  • - Improve consistency and efficiency of project delivery capacity.
  • - Lead practices with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • - Ensure operations are managed, supervising interface of projects in collaboration with Project Managers, equipment, technologies, and interfaces.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • - Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • - 10-15 years of experience in IT and companies.
  • - 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • - 3-5 years of experience in leadership.
  • - Advanced English level.
