Delivery Project Planner

As a Project Coordination Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning large-scale projects. Your expertise in scheduling management, coordination, and project support will ensure the successful development and deployment of cutting-edge control systems.
Main Responsibilities:- Scheduling Management: Ensure the quality and accuracy of the project schedule, including logic, clarity, and updates on dates and scope of supply.
- Coordinating: Collaborate with other planners and execution functions to ensure overall quality and accuracy of the schedule.
- Supporting Project Management: Provide visibility on upcoming tasks, risks, and opportunities in the schedule.
- Providing Relevant Reports: Ensure the project manager has all necessary tools to make informed decisions and drive on-time and on-budget project execution.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Math, or Science.
- Experience in planning, preferably in the oil and gas/subsea industry or a related field.
- Expertise in Primavera P6 planning tool and additional knowledge of Oracle MRP is a plus.
- Ability to understand project status, link schedule to reality, and identify and drive appropriate actions.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a team and interact with various stakeholders.
