Director of Market Intelligence

The successful candidate will oversee the development and maintenance of our overall market view through effective management of research, analysis, content, and team.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading a team to produce and update house forecasts and associated data for oils, fats, grains, and biofuels.
- Developing and maintaining marketplace contacts to expand content and brand presence.
- Acting as a spokesperson for the organization's agriculture and biofuels content and brand with media and industry stakeholders.
This role requires strong leadership skills, including forming a view and guiding the team towards shared goals.
QualificationsWe seek an individual with in-depth knowledge of markets, particularly in veg oils, fats, grains, and biofuels (renewable/biodiesel and SAF).
Essential qualifications include:
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present at industry events and engage with media on market developments.
- Capacity to foster and develop relationships within the relevant industry.
Additionally, candidates should possess leadership qualities, experience in commodity analysis, and a strong understanding of analytical/mathematical/econometric modeling techniques.
