Job Overview

As an In-Person Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in putting the world on vacation by engaging with prospective and current owners within our resorts. Your primary objective will be to schedule guests to meet with a representative for a presentation, showcasing the benefits of our vacation ownership and travel membership programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent our brand as a positive and professional ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in, facilitating smooth interactions.
  • Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend sales-preview tours, meeting performance goals (80% time).
  • Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines, making informed decisions.
  • Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits, ensuring seamless transactions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred but not required, demonstrating adaptability.
  • Maintain production standards, delivering results-driven outcomes.
  • Full-time availability with weekends and holidays required, showcasing commitment.
Education and Training
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory, emphasizing education as a foundation.
