Job Title:

A Control Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring a sustainable and disciplined control environment, identifying and escalating issues with urgency, and partnering with the business to resolve issues promptly.

">Responsibilities:
  • In partnership with stakeholders, conduct an end-to-end analysis of the business's risk and control environment to identify significant gaps and weaknesses.
  • Evaluate controls to ensure they are properly designed, operating effectively, and essential to a proactive risk and control culture.
  • Perform ongoing analysis of program-related data and develop ad-hoc reports to support business programs and strategies.
  • Assist with the development of Risk & Control Self-Assessment mapping and documentation through participation in end-to-end process walkthroughs and deep dives with assigned business units.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3-7 years of experience in financial services with a background in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
