Job Overview:
As a seasoned project leader, you will excel by guiding and coordinating a team's overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables.
Our clients rely on timely and efficient status reports, and as project leader, you will drive the charge with project direction, metric definition, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Evaluate resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Navigate stakeholder relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in agile methodologies.
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Technical background or knowledge of IT principles.
- Scrum Master / Product Owner certification or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with telecommunications industry concepts.
