About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Analyst to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our procurement process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Supplier Management:
    • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet our company standards.
    • Develop effective relationships with suppliers through clear communication and negotiation.
    • Regularly assess supplier performance, providing constructive feedback on issues related to delivery punctuality, product quality, and cooperation level.
  • Procurement Execution:
    • Design and implement detailed procurement plans aligned with business needs.
    • Monitor procurement orders, ensuring timely communication with suppliers and internal departments.
    • Resolve abnormal situations arising during the procurement process, such as delays, damaged goods, or non-conforming specifications.
  • Cost Control:
    • Gain a deep understanding of market conditions and trends affecting material prices.
    • Provide data-driven insights to support procurement decisions and contribute to cost control initiatives.
  • Information Management:
    • Organize and maintain procurement contracts, invoices, acceptance documents, and other relevant procurement records.
    • Utilize the procurement system effectively to conduct work and update data in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or higher, advanced English skills, and at least 4 years of purchasing experience. Strong negotiation skills, cost awareness, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
