Transform the Financial Services Industry

We're seeking a skilled Implementations Project Manager to join our team. This role is critical to the success of our fast-growing Investor Services business.

In this position, you will drive operational excellence by coordinating, facilitating, and managing onboarding activities for new Investor Services customers. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless transition into Carta services, achieving success for both our customers and Carta within tight deadlines.

The Role You'll Play
  • Support new Fund Administration, Portfolio Insights, and Valuations' clients in their onboarding journey onto Carta
  • Extract relevant information from operating agreements and subscription documents to upload limited partners to Carta
  • Analyze data thoroughly and precisely to maintain data integrity throughout the onboarding process
  • Liaise effectively between sales and Investor Services teams as the bridge post-sales through implementation
  • Coordinate and manage multiple/simultaneous implementation projects by continually communicating with and motivating clients
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process
  • Work closely with product and engineering to enhance the onboarding experience for customers
The Impact You'll Make

You'll play a pivotal role in transforming the financial services industry by partnering with our new clients and helping them implement our software.

Your responsibilities will include interacting with a fund's back office (CFO, fund manager) to collect historical data, provide advisory support, and deliver accurate data to both the client and internal stakeholders.

  • Experience working with financial data and information
  • Great people skills, with empathy and strong communication skills
  • Experience working with clients
  • Implementation and successful project management experience, with a focus on small and large projects or initiatives
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to complete competing priorities quickly and autonomously
  • Passion, tactical thinking, and directness, with an ambitious attitude and proven history to go above and beyond baseline requirements
  • Interest in working with enterprise software

If you're located in New York, our minimum cash compensation salary range for this role is $81,000 - $85,000, plus commission (if applicable). Final offers may vary based on geography, experience, and expertise.
