We are looking for a highly experienced technical leader to join our team as a Solution Architect Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design and implement cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

About the Role
  • Work closely with senior leaders to understand business priorities and identify opportunities for technology-led initiatives.
  • Collaborate with architects to review and approve projects, ensuring alignment with company strategies.
  • Maintain a strategic awareness of emerging technologies and facilitate relationships with vendors to inform our technology roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of solution architects to design platform solutions based on enterprise architecture guidelines and principles.
  • Engage with technical vendors to understand detailed implementation of each technology in the platform ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with architects to define the architecture roadmap and influence vendor product roadmaps.
  • Work with business architects, product lines, and business teams to review technology and new capabilities opportunities.
  • Lead technical implementations and monitor security aspects relevant to the business platform.
  • Set technology strategy for each product, including replacement, innovation, operation, enhancement, maintenance, and decommissioning.
  • Provide level 4 support at business-as-usual operations teams to ensure IT services stability.
Requirements
  • Complete bachelor's degree.
  • Proven team management skills.
  • Experience as Solution Architecture Manager with successful experience leading a solution architecture team.
  • Experience designing solutions for customer experience business functions using Salesforce platform.
  • Experience architecting, supporting, and managing one of the key Salesforce Platform clouds.
