About the Role
As a Global Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving profitable growth strategies for our Global Product Group I&C. You will lead and contribute to business development projects and strategic planning processes, defining and implementing business strategies and growth initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
- OEM Account Developments: Develop and maintain partnerships with local and global OEMs, establish frame agreements, manage loyalty agreements, and support global OEM account agreements across HUBs.
- Sales Tools: Collaborate with HUBs and BU Sales ops team to develop and implement sales tools like PowerShop and CPQ, define as-is and to-be sales processes.
- Strategy Definition: Contribute to global strategy definition and execution through analysis and identification of tools needed to improve speed and productivity in the sales process.
- Business Plans: Work closely with the GPG team to identify, define, and follow-up on strategic initiatives and business plans, supporting implementation.
- Channel Partner and Distributor Development: Expand our surface to customers with a broad sales network.
- Business Model Development: Analyze trends in customer needs and buying behavior to identify opportunities for new business models, such as rental/lease, outcome-based service contracts.
- Market Input for GPM Roadmap: Analyze customer needs for the portfolio, securing customer advantages and benefits, conducting white spot analysis, and defining relevant strategies to penetrate the market.
About You
- Engineering degree, preferably with MBA.
- 5+ years of experience in M&S, B2B, energy sector.
- Technical knowledge of Power Grids and associated solutions.
- Knowledge of sales tools, sales processes, customer's needs, and segmentation.
- International experience and intercultural sensitivity.
- Business model design and innovation.
- Strategic and analytical thinking.
