Video Editing Opportunity

This role is for an experienced video editor who can work independently and collaboratively to produce high-quality ad creatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in editing short-form content for social media platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Edit engaging video ads that drive conversions and maximize user engagement
  • Cut and assemble raw footage into polished, high-performing creatives
  • Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, and subtitles for social media formats
  • Optimize pacing, transitions, and storytelling to match performance trends
  • Enhance audio and sound design to create a dynamic user experience
  • Repurpose existing content into different aspect ratios and formats for A/B testing
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends to ensure creatives remain fresh and competitive
  • Collaborate with our creative team to continuously refine ad creatives based on data-driven insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in performance marketing or social media content creation
  • English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator are a plus)
  • Understanding of digital advertising best practices, including video pacing, hook optimization, and engagement techniques
  • Experience editing short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Ads
  • Strong grasp of audio editing and sound design to enhance storytelling
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and quickly iterate based on feedback
