Business Analysis Expertise

  • Our organization seeks an expert in business analysis to manage end-to-end business requirement sessions, including workshops.
  • Proficiency in creating, reviewing and owning functional requirements and gap documents using process flows and diagrams is essential.
  • Experience in breaking down gaps into stories that can be delivered via sprints and grooming the product backlog for subsequent sprints is necessary.
  • Participation in Agile ceremonies and configuration of products and business process rules to solve customer business challenges are also required skills.
  • The ideal candidate will provide inputs to the Product management team on customer configuration concepts and further develop base product features.
  • Reviewing end-to-end test strategy and cases for customer scenarios and training end-users on implemented business functionalities are additional responsibilities.
  • Inter-dependency coordination and issue resolution are critical aspects of this role.
