About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Internal Auditor to join our team at Kyndryl, where we design, build, manage and modernize mission-critical technology systems. As an Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for performing risk-based, objective, and independent financial and operational audits of our processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute on the established audit framework to provide reasonable assurance of the design and effectiveness of processes and controls.
  • Perform all phases of audit engagements, including planning, scoping, risk identification, testing, and reporting.
  • Ensure quality of work and deliverables in accordance with professional standards and Kyndryl's policies.

You will have the opportunity to develop strong analytical and critical thinking skills, working closely with business leaders to identify root causes of issues and recommend improvements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Direct experience related to external audit, internal controls, risk management, compliance, or accounting in a large organization.
  • Possession of one or more relevant certifications, such as CIA, CPA, CISA, CFE, Chartered Accountant, or other similar certification.
  • Strong knowledge of international professional practices frameworks, internal control concepts, and accounting principles.
