Job Opportunity:
Product Development LeadWe are seeking a skilled Product Manager to play a pivotal role in defining and driving the product vision for clinical trial lifecycle management platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of healthcare technology, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
- Develop business cases and define key performance indicators to measure success in adoption, revenue, and retention.
- Partner with Technical Product Owners to translate strategic initiatives into clear requirements and epics.
- Build a comprehensive roadmap that delivers incremental value and achieves well-defined business objectives.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and engineers through effective communication and trust-building.
- Contribute to product strategy, evaluating trade-offs based on a deep understanding of market pressures and customer requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced life sciences environment.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Deep understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle and operations.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
- Experience defining process flows, user stories, business and technical requirements, and performing quality assurance activities.
- Preferably experience working in regulated industries like healthcare or life sciences.
- Familiarity with privacy frameworks and data governance best practices is beneficial.
- Demonstrated project and program management experience, including working knowledge of project management and collaboration tools.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
