Field Service Engineer Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assignment Coordinator to manage field service engineer assignments.
Responsibilities:- Ensure timely assignment of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) for LATAM requests.
- Evaluate factors influencing FSE assignment, considering technical skills, project priority, feasibility, impact, internal policy, FSE availability, regionalization policy, and team compatibility.
- Provide reports on resource utilization by skill and country, perform capacity analysis, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with the Assignment Centre of Excellence, Regional Resource Managers, and Service Managers to assign the right skills to tasks.
- Bachelor's or technical degree from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of turbomachinery field service jobs and requirements.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of project management and Microsoft Office Suite.
