Structural Analysis Engineer

Our team is seeking a Structural Analysis Engineer to work on the development, integration, and documentation of structural requirements for system design. This role will involve collaborating with other engineering groups to establish product environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing structural requirements and documenting them to establish system design
- Collaborating with other engineering groups to establish product environment
- Verifying structural integrity using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations, and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle
- Developing test plans and configurations, supporting test execution, and analyzing/reporting test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications
- Certifying documents and test results to substantiate requirements satisfaction for customers and regulatory agencies
- Supporting in-service products by leading investigations into failures and analyzing improvements
Key qualifications include relevant experience with structural engineering, proficiency in English language, and registration or eligibility to register with the relevant council. Preferred qualifications include experience in structural analysis methods and tools, design and analysis of metallic and/or composite materials, durability and damage tolerance analysis, compliance demonstration for regulatory requirements, and fleet support and repair's design and substantiation.
This role requires working onsite at the listed location and having existing rights to work in Brazil. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
