About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Study Manager to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a Clinical Study Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple clinical studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple clinical studies, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion
  • Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines
  • Collaborate with Study Delivery Lead, internal and external partners to deliver clinical study management activities
  • Develop and maintain internal systems, databases, and tracking tools to ensure study delivery
  • Provide subject matter expertise across key processes and systems throughout the life cycle of the study
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent in medical or biological science or a related field
  • Relevant work experience in a pharmaceutical or scientific environment
  • Excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical study delivery process, and industry standards
  • Strong project management skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
