Job Description

A results-driven leader with a proven track record in delivering high-value, mission-critical construction projects is required to oversee QA/QC operations and ensure compliance with project specifications.

  • Review and understand all project contract documents and specifications.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to identify defects and ensure subcontractor adherence to inspection test plans.
  • Prepare and manage inspection schedules aligned with the project timeline.
  • Perform work and material inspections, ensuring rejected materials are quarantined and removed.
  • Collaborate with execution teams to implement corrective actions and conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances.
  • Monitor Fire & Life Safety installations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Track project deliverables, inspection approvals, and quality KPIs using analytical tools.
  • Support snagging, project closeout, and defect liability period activities.
Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a QC Engineer in construction environments.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and quality control standards.
  • Experience with project closeout procedures and defect management.
  • Familiarity with MEP works is advantageous.
  • Analytical skills and experience with data management and basic data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Positive attitude, passion, and commitment to quality work.
