Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. This role focuses on hiring and talent operations, administrative processes, and supporting people operations for international clients.

You will engage with team members across functions, contribute to process improvements, and participate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Hiring and talent operations, including managing job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
  • Administrative tasks such as data entry, email management, and document preparation
  • Supporting people operations, including benefits administration, employee onboarding, and offboarding
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Living in Florianópolis – SC
  • Interest in headhunting, people operations, and administrative work
  • Strong communication skills
