Chief Data Insights Officer

The primary objective of this role is to extract meaningful patterns and trends from large datasets, thereby informing strategic business decisions.
- Deliver actionable insights through meticulous analysis and data visualization;
- Support senior leaders by identifying opportunities and recommending data-driven solutions;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute end-to-end Business Intelligence projects;
- Develop and maintain advanced reports and analytics tools for executive-level decision-making and team support;
- Establish a strong foundation in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques using Python/R.
Successful candidates will possess:
- Substantial experience in leveraging SQL for data extraction and manipulation;
- Proficiency in Python/R programming languages and a desire to expand knowledge;
- Hands-on experience with Redshift, Git, Tableau, and Airflow;
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and descriptive statistics principles;
- Proven ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and lead complex Business Intelligence projects;
- Advanced proficiency in business English communication.
