Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Specialist to join our Global Performance team in São Paulo. As a key member of our team, you will partner with our Brazil MD and LT to drive performance in the market by cascading strategic objectives and managing performance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Brazil LT and teams to drive performance and implement performance frameworks.
- Own the Management by Objectives (MBO) program for Brazil, including cascade, dashboard checks, MBO updates, KPI definitions, and MBO committee.
- Coach leaders and teams to implement performance processes and work with the wider Global Performance team.
- Bridge global, zone, and market functions to ensure partnership and alignment of objectives, KPIs, and performance processes.
- Owner of Championships (if applicable) under their area(s), responsible for supporting development and execution of the program.
- Guarantee that KPIs owned in Brazil and their controls are always updated and reflecting business results.
Requirements:
- Interest in and experience of performance management systems, tools, and frameworks or experience in operational improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with ability to work with senior leaders in the company.
- Diligence and attention to detail to ensure that controls are maintained and standards are upheld given the impact on employee compensation in an audited environment.
- Improvement and growth mindset to challenge the status quo and identify improvement opportunities.
