Supporting Our Needs

We support our technology needs through three key business units:

  • Client Solutions (CS): Develops new technology services for our clients.
  • Enterprise Solutions (ES): Delivers fit-for-purpose technology infrastructure at the cheapest possible cost for quality services.
  • Information Security (IS): Prevents, detects, responds, and mitigates cyber-risk, protecting EY and client data, and our information management systems.
The Opportunity

As a Client Assurance Expert, you'll assist engagement teams in addressing client requests regarding traditional and cloud-based technology solutions.

You'll work in a collaborative environment with a team dedicated to providing accurate and consistent responses to client inquiries.

Key responsibilities include contributing to the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Client Security Assurance function.

You'll work independently with minimal oversight from management and collaborate with security and technology teams globally.

Skills and Attributes

Exceptional communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key qualifications include a minimum of three years of experience in Information Security or related IT disciplines.

Verifiable experience working with common information security standards, such as ISO 27001/27002, NIST, ITIL, COBIT, is also required.

A fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Portuguese and English is necessary.
