About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at Embraer S.A. in a challenging and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the quality of suppliers through KPIs and establish strategies for continuous quality improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions with suppliers to ensure robust solutions within target timing and demonstrated effectiveness.
  • Search, select, and develop new suppliers to ensure the implementation of Embraer quality requirements.
  • Perform audits and technical evaluations with suppliers and interface with internal areas in a coordinated and leading manner.
  • Lead projects of continuous improvement focusing on quality and support quality topics affecting the fleet.
About the Team

The Quality Assurance team at Embraer S.A. is responsible for ensuring the quality of parts purchased through the management of supplier quality. We are a dynamic and collaborative team that values innovation and excellence.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering and registration or eligibility to register on the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (CREA).
  • Availability to make international travels when needed.
  • Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Experience in quality management systems (AS9100, ISO9001) and lean manufacturing.
  • Experience using problem-solving tools (APQP, Pareto, 8D, Ishikawa, etc.).
  • Solid experience working in Quality engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the aerospace sector.
  • International experience.
  • Knowledge of a third language (German, French, Italian, Spanish, etc.).
Work Environment

Hybrid work model with ADM shift.
