Job Summary
Accor Hotels is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Steward/Dishwasher. This is a seasonal position that will assist in the execution of memorable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, including all surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including dishwashing machines and sinks.
• Wash dishware, glassware, cutlery, cooking equipment, and vessels.
• Ensure proper storage of all dishware and cutlery when not in use.
• Maintain proper storage and use of associated chemicals.
• Assist with setup of function requests, such as plate orders.

Requirements
• Previous hotel and/or restaurant work experience is an asset.
• Ability to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time, as well as safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work effectively both unsupervised and within a team environment.
• Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment, with excellent organizational skills.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
