Job Title: Field Technician

Serving the public safety sector, we are seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team.

  • Collaborate with public safety agencies and enterprises to facilitate effective communication in critical situations.
  • Install, configure, and maintain mission-critical communications systems and networks.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work closely with our Network Operations Center (NOC) to manage calls and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Técnico de Telecomunicações, Elétrica, Eletrônica or Eletrotécnica degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support and/or implementation of RF systems.
  • APCO25 and DMR knowledge is mandatory.
  • A strong understanding of radio frequency (RF), networking, and telecommunications infrastructure is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, Presentation) is expected.
