This role involves providing rehabilitation services to facilitate patient independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Attending and contributing to patient care and staff meetings.
- Delivering rehab services per established care plans and documenting services timely.
- Collaborating with the rehabilitation team to implement patient programs.
- Assisting Physical Therapists with tests, evaluations, and procedures.
- Instructing patients and caregivers in therapy techniques.
- Maintaining and reporting on equipment needs.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as required by the state.
- Available to travel and reside temporarily outside the primary residence.
$45.00 - $50.00 per hour.
