Human Resources Analyst

We are seeking a talented Human Resources Analyst to join our team at Gerresheimer. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing our training and development program for all employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall performance.

• Manage and analyze data related to recruitment, selection, and talent development
• Analyze and report on employee turnover, absenteeism, and training metrics
• Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in HR analytics and data analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
