- Candidate Networking: Network with students, freelancers, and gig workers to collaborate on projects
- Established Connections: Establish connections with studios, potentially including home studios
- Project Management: Organize and manage studio recording projects from start to finish
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills
- Responsibility: Proven responsibility and ability to work independently
- Experience: Experience in organizing and managing studio recording projects
- Research Skills: Strong research and estimation skills
