About the Role

As a Senior Mobile Developer, you'll be part of a rapidly scaling healthtech platform that connects healthcare facilities with on-the-ground professionals. Our app helps nurses access flexible shifts while facilities deliver patient care.

Job Description:

We're looking for a skilled and experienced developer to join our team in building technology that makes a real-world impact at scale. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mobile app development using React Native and TypeScript, as well as a solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive layouts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must-Haves:
  • 5+ years of experience in React Native; 4+ years of experience in Swift; 3+ years of experience in relational database management systems;
  • Strong experience in UI/UX design principles, responsive layouts, and secure coding practices for payments;
  • Testing frameworks (Jest, Detox); CI/CD pipelines experience; RESTful APIs and GraphQL;
  • Fluent English; ability to relocate to Portugal if applicable;
  • Nice to Have:
  • Supabase familiarity;
  • Experience with AWS, Firebase, Android, iOS publishing, push notifications, and in-app review flows;
  • Docker, CDN, and networking basics for real-time apps; accessibility and internationalization;
