Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed business targets in designated areas and customer segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Conduct regular market analysis and reporting to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive business results and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management or a related field, with a strong track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to drive business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Relevant education and certifications, such as an MBA or sales certification
