Senior Business Development Manager

As a key member of our commercial team at Reckitt, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success across our C&C division. This exciting opportunity will see you responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our major customers in the region, with a focus on driving sales and revenue growth. Your expertise in sales and customer relationships will be crucial in helping us achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed business targets in designated areas and customer segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
- Conduct regular market analysis and reporting to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive business results and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management or a related field, with a strong track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to drive business decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Relevant education and certifications, such as an MBA or sales certification
