Project Leadership

You will lead the successful execution of project deliverables on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the main point of contact for the customer and drive issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company and manage the customer relationship throughout the project duration
- Provide leadership and manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and contract fulfillment
- Own project execution, including coordination of Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Services/Field Execution
- Create and manage action plans to minimize risk exposure and ensure deadlines, budget, and quality standards are met
- Understand, own, and implement Contract Terms & Conditions
- Manage project financials, including sales, cost, margin, invoicing, receivables, and change orders
- Continuously search for improvements and implement measures to optimize cost and increase contribution margin (CM)
- Drive project schedule and work with the Project Planner to create and manage the schedule
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and project reviews to drive risk mitigation, best practices/lessons learned, and project execution excellence

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (preferably in a technical or business degree) with experience in Project Management
- Direct customer-facing experience
- PMP Certification, Project Management Leadership Program (PMLP) Graduate, or other Project Management training
- Fluency in English
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated project management skills and passion for Project Management
- Ability to deal with dynamic environments, manage healthy relationships with customers, and address crises when they arise
- Ability to prioritize and escalate issues when necessary and propose viable solutions
- Detailed knowledge of proposals and contracts to understand scope, deadline, costs, risks, and contractual implications of the project
- Business savvy and ability to represent the company favorably when dealing with customers and partners
- Solid knowledge of project budget, processes, and deadlines and ability to brief the team and client properly
