Job Overview
The South America HUB IT Service Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing IT delivery capabilities within the Hub area of responsibility. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholder expectations, ensuring seamless IT solutions delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the IT operating model for the Hub region.
- Oversee service and project delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Accountable for end-to-end IT service delivery, including onsite services and cybersecurity operational management.
- Aggregate demands for new and improved IT infrastructure services required by the business.
- Collaborate with Business Unit IT Management, stakeholders, and suppliers.
Your Background
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field.
- Deep experience in IT delivery management, with a proven track record of managing regional geographies.
- Project management experience of complex global projects, including IT system integration.
- Experience with manufacturing operations methods, process, and change management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with fluency in English.
