Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our Corporate Banking team in New São Paulo. As a key member of our squad, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle management of corporate accounts, including division and hierarchy settings, calendar and holiday settings, and related permissions. You will also be responsible for account dormancy and account balances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write code that can implement technical designs developed by the team in an efficient, readable, testable, and well-documented way.
  • Implement readable tests with good coverage of business rules and against errors.
  • Contribute positively in all stages of the software development cycle, including design, requirements, implementation, testing, deployment, and operation.
  • Maintain and improve existing code bases by performing continuous and disciplined code reviews with peers.
  • Collaborate with peers to establish constantly evolving best practices, approaches, techniques, and methodologies for efficiency gains, productivity, and waste elimination.
  • Ensure that the entire team follows software development best practices through code reviews and ensures the stability of the team's applications through environment monitoring.
  • Act in occurrences, incidents, and participate in on-call shifts.
