Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage project implementations, meeting client expectations on timelines and deliverables.
  • Train and onboard client teams, tailoring sessions to their specific workflows and requirements.
  • Provide expert-level guidance and support, troubleshooting challenges and offering actionable insights to maximize client outcomes.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, capturing feedback, identifying pain points, and sharing insights to influence product development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to drive long-term success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management).
  • 2+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or consulting roles within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction project lifecycles, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Experience with project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
  • Proven problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to address project challenges.
