Senior User Experience Specialist

We are seeking a talented professional to shape the user experience of our application by combining creative problem-solving with emerging technologies.
You will be responsible for designing intuitive, scalable, and high-impact interfaces for enterprise-grade applications. You will also have hands-on ownership of a design system, including creation, implementation, and governance across a product or platform.
We are looking for a proactive leader who can inspire others, drive design excellence, and ensure our application is both consistent and exceptional in usability and satisfaction.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Design with clarity and consistency
- Own and evolve our design system to ensure visual consistency, scalability, and usability across the product
- Lead the creation of intuitive, engaging, and accessible user interfaces for web applications
- Explore and refine design solutions through user feedback, data, and critical thinking
- Build a cohesive application experience by aligning design decisions with user needs and business goals
- User Empathy:
- Put the customer at the center of everything we do
- Engage regularly with users to validate ideas and uncover opportunities
- Share insights across teams to build empathy and guide product decisions
- Innovation:
- Stay on top of design trends, tools, and emerging technologies like AI
- Experiment with new ideas and approaches to continuously improve the user experience
- Look for opportunities to simplify, optimize, and elevate how users interact with our product
- Collaboration:
- Take initiative to identify problems and drive solutions independently
- Partner closely with product and engineering to ship thoughtful, high-quality features
- Share work early, welcome feedback, and iterate quickly
- Help shape a culture of creativity, speed, and shared ownership
