Job Responsibilities
  • Determine partnerships with restaurants willing to collaborate through efficient scheduling and in-person visits, negotiating cooperation agreements.
  • Assist partner restaurants in setting up online stores and provide training for managing their operations.
  • Offer professional solutions for merchants' takeout operations, assist merchants in increasing turnover, and achieve win-win cooperation.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate with departments to resolve inquiries.

 

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages; basic reading and writing skills required, along with proficiency in using office software.
  • Strong negotiation and market development skills, ability to understand customer needs and drive business partnerships.
  • Honesty, integrity, excellent communication, execution, and collaboration skills, strong sense of teamwork.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and willingness to take on challenges.
  • Primarily involves on-site visits to negotiate and provide services directly to merchants.

About This Role
  • Previous experience in sales or merchant services, especially as an Account Manager or Business Development professional in e-commerce or food delivery platforms.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
