Ruby Junior Developer Position

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Ruby programming language, with experience in developing and maintaining web applications. You will work closely with development teams to understand project requirements and contribute to different stages of the software development lifecycle.

  • We are looking for someone who can develop and maintain Ruby applications, focusing on writing well-structured, efficient code.
  • Candidates should be able to troubleshoot and debug applications, contributing to improving application performance and reliability.
  • You will also participate actively in code reviews, applying and adhering to best practices in Ruby development.
Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain Ruby applications using Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and contribute to different stages of the software development lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications, contributing to improving application performance and reliability.
  • Participate actively in code reviews, applying and adhering to best practices in Ruby development.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of experience with Ruby programming language.
  • A good understanding of basic algorithms and data structures.
  • Basic knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and learn new technologies quickly.
  • Good level of English.
