Main Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Innovation
    • Drive technical innovation to address business challenges, leveraging expertise in technical architecture principles and their application in complex business systems
  • Technical Solution Implementation
    • Oversee the implementation of technical solutions (e.g., development frameworks, middleware, cloud services) to meet business needs, ensuring alignment between technical and business goals
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Promote collaboration among business, development, and product teams to advance technical solution review and implementation
  • Team Leadership
    • Mentor junior engineers in resolving technical challenges and enhance the team's technical capabilities and vision

Qualifications:

  • Technical Architecture Expertise
    • Demonstrate mastery of distributed architecture design (microservices, message queues, caching mechanisms) and proficiency in cloud-native technologies (containerization, K8s, Serverless)
  • Business-Tech Alignment
    • Translate technical requirements into business-friendly language to facilitate alignment between technical and business goals
  • Leadership and Communication Skills
    • Articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, driving effective collaboration across teams
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in the food delivery industry or international e-commerce companies is beneficial
    • Cloud platform (AWS/Aliyun) architecture certifications or open-source project contributions is a plus
